Meet our founder
Andy Curren is an Australian founder with over thirty years' experience as an employer, long before "startup" became a job title. He started his first company at 23, and has since launched and scaled multiple successful ventures, including, most recently, a large-scale social and environmental project in Indonesia that grew to over 1,000 employees in three years and removed more than 50,000 tonnes of unmanaged waste from local communities.
He leads with a business-first mindset, built on the belief that smart strategy covers both ends: the systems that manage risk and obligations and the people whose engagement and wellbeing drive results.
Why I Built Salus
I've been an employer for over thirty years. In that time I've hired, led and looked after hundreds of people, and if there's one thing that's never gotten easier, it's keeping up with what I'm actually responsible for when it comes to their psychosocial safety at work.
The legislation changes constantly. What was best practice five years ago can be a compliance gap today. And when you're running a business, chasing revenue, managing cash flow, keeping customers happy, staying on top of workplace culture and your legal obligations around it is the thing that quietly worries you at 11pm, not the thing you have time to research properly during the day.

Peter brings over 25 years of global technology and security leadership, having held senior positions at EMI Music, Ports America and AFS Logistics. As CTO, he connects business strategy with operational execution, bringing enterprise-level discipline to how Salus grows, manages risk and builds a business organisations can trust.

Advisor
Paul brings over 25 years of leadership as a CEO, CFO and COO across high-growth and established businesses. His track record includes major fundraising, a $240 million recapitalisation and successful company sales. At Salus, he provides strategic counsel on enterprise product fit and the decisions shaping the company’s long-term direction.

Sales Lead
Dean starts by listening. He works with organisations to understand their needs and explore how Salus can help, bringing a steady, straightforward approach to sales and a genuine interest in building relationships that last.
Sudiddo
Development Coordinator
Diddo coordinates the development team and stays hands-on with the product. Drawing on his background in web and mobile development, he helps the team turn ideas into useful features, with care for how the platform looks, feels and works.
Sean Shandy
Senior Software Engineer
Sean builds the systems behind Salus, drawing on experience at ByteDance and Tokopedia. He focuses on the data and infrastructure that keep the platform running reliably, building a foundation that can grow with the product.
Keisha Aurelly
Software Engineer
Keisha builds features across Salus, working closely with design and product to get the details right. She brings care to both the code and the experience, helping make everyday interactions with the platform clear and straightforward.
