If you already run an HRIS
A fixed HRIS incident form is not the same thing.
Already have an HRIS? Its incident feature is often a fixed form: event type, date, location. Salus differs from a fixed form in four ways. The report is built from the legislation that applies and from your own policy. The case manager is shown their obligations, informed by that legislation and those policies. Every action is timestamped and individually signed. And your policies are checked for legislative gaps, so the obligation mapping stays compliant. Core and Enterprise can connect to the system you already run, so your records stay together. HRIS connection is assessed and quoted for each organisation.
